Encore Premium Microtome Blades are capable of sectioning tissue for biopsies in ultra-thin sections. Ultra-thin gauge (0.10") allows a more acute, or steeper angle which accentuates its sharpness. Usable 80mm wide cutting surface allows at least one extra rotation for fresh blade area on the same blade. Uniform PTFE coating reduces friction and requires no break-in period. High profile microtome blade is 80mm x 14mm and is packaged in a convenient dispenser of 50 blades per box
